For more than 20 years, I worked at large, prominent, successful Atlanta firms, healthcare facilities and financial organizations - eventually leading a billing department and working directly for ownership.

I wasn’t observing these businesses from the outside. I was responsible for the details that determined whether work was set up correctly, billed accurately, collected on time, and reflected properly in company financial reporting.

I have worked through progress billings, accounts receivable, accounts payable, job setup, cost codes, project documentation, employee training, financial contracts, process development, and the everyday problems that arise when field operations and office systems do not communicate.

That experience shaped Ivory Ledger: practical support from someone who truly understands how real businesses operate, where money quietly gets lost, how to make your company more money and what it takes to create systems that your employees can actually use and will actually understand; in combination with my knowledge of new internet, website and social media technologies, marketing tactics, customer connections and digital design.
